Flat share in Shoreditch in a friendly home

Looking for a housemate to take over a room in the wonderful location of Shoreditch (just off brick lane)!

You will be living with 5 wonderful housemates (4 girlies and a guy) and honestly this house has heaps of laughter, fun and warmth. Looking for someone who fits into the house vibe, which is chilled and friendly. Overall it is a house where people respect privacy, lifestyle and alone time, but options there to socialise where wanted with movie nights, pub trips, comedy nights, walks etc.

The room is on the smaller side, but with a smaller price. Cosy but conveniently set up. As it is a small room, we are looking for someone who does not work from home.

The house has a shared living room (quite rare in a shared house) and has the benefits of a utility room where washing is out the way - very handy. There is also a sunny balcony which we regularly congregate on with cups of coffee and good chats.

There are also resident fish and shrimp 🦐

9 min walk to Shoreditch high Street station
20 min walk to Liverpool street
20 min walk to bethnal green station
20 min walk to old street
(Quicker if your a speedy walker)

Also plenty of buses and lime bikes around - it is probably one of the most convenient locations going.

Boring bits:
Rent with all bills included is £633/pm which is a bargain. Deposit is £633.

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from the 26th October.
