Double Room w/ South Facing Balcony

wish I could bring this room with me to Australia! Instead will have to give someone new the opportunity to enjoy it :)

The private balcony has been so fun to use in the 2yrs I’ve lived here, having a door instead of window for ventilation pay dividends in the summer heat too.

The built in wardrobe is huge! Currently houses 2 large + 1 small suitcase, and a massive backpack, as well as all my clothes (that’s a LOT of stuff btw.)

I switched out the old naff bed the landlord provided (got their consent to do this) for a larger, newer one and it’ll be staying in the room for you! (As you see in pics) It’s a king size and only a few years old.

The desk in the pictures is mine, but happy to leave it for you if you’d like to keep it.

You would be sharing a bathroom with Josh, there is an addition WC on the dining room/kitchen floor that you can use also.

The bills are around £78.00, plus £15 for cleaner every month.

Sub 10 mins walk to Bethnal Green train station (central line) and Shoreditch high street station (over ground)

Having brick lane on your doorstep is so fun for midnight beigals and a Sunday mooch around shops.

10/10 location for anyone working in the city, as it’s been ideal for me!
