Hi future flat mate, I’m Mariana, I have a 2 bedroom flat with a separate living room in Bethnal Green, Roman Road, 5 mins walk to Bethnal Green station, 5 mins walk to Victoria Park. I’m looking for a flatmate as I’ve been renting this flat for over 6 years but my flatmate is leaving. The situation would be for a flat share instead of subletting a room, meaning that I need someone to share my contract with so the flat arrangement would be 50/50 split of everything.
