Double Room to Rent in Bethnal Green/Shoreditch

Hello,

We are looking for a new flatmate to take the place of our friend who is moving to Aussie land.

It is a great flat near Bethnal Green High Street. It is a large double room with big windows and lots of natural lighting. The room comes with a double bed, mattress, and standing closest included.

Nice functional bathroom, large living area, solid kitchen space, and a nice little balcony.

The share of the rent for the room is £1,200 per month without bills. Bills collectively are around £80-100 per month each and split evening amongst us.

The landlord is amazing and super helpful (which is a massive win)!

The flat is really well connected to public transport.
- Benthal Green Station (Central line) is a 8 minute walk away.
- Liverpool street station (A lot of lines) is a 15-20 minute walk away depending on how much you hustle.
- Shoreditch high street station (Overground) is about a 13 minute walk.
- Whitechapel station (Lizy line) is about 10 minute walk
- Good bus links on the high street near the flat to get you to central as well

Its a really fun area with the following cool stuff nearby:
Brick lane/Shoreditch high street (10 minute walk)
Columbia road (flower market on Sundays) (7 minute walk)
London Fields (17 minute walk)
Spitalfields market (20 minute walk)
Victoria Park (20 minute walk)
A bunch of nice pubs nearby.

The flat is 30 second walk from a large Tesco Express.
15 minutes away from 2 separate Aldi's.
10 minutes from a big Sainsburys.

About us!
Flatmate 1:
27(M) currently works in a local pub while looking for another fulltime sustainability role. He is very social and extroverted. Enjoys going out with friends to the pub and frequently has concerts.

Flatmate 2:
25(F) works in pharmaceutical market research full time. Also very social and outgoing. Enjoys going out with friends and reading.

Together:
We are really good friends and are looking for someone who would ideally gel with us and have similar interests. We are both very tidy and enjoy and clean house, and are looking for someone who values that as well. We are both active and gym/run a good amount. We have a lot of mutual friends and like going out with said friends, but we also enjoy a night in watching movies/tv.

We sometimes enjoy hosting (drinks or games night) and would like someone who is ok with having people over to the flat (not a crazy but a good amount). We also are very open to letting friends/family crash on the couch(fold out bed) in the living room when needed (again not frequent but would want someone who is ok with the idea).

We are actually both planning on getting a cat in the nearish future... so we looking for someone who is ok/likes the idea of having 2 cats in the flat (they will be cool cats I promise).

The move in date is flexible and can be anytime between mid-November to early-December.
