Looking for a wonderful human to join our peaceful, cosy two-bed flat! I'm hoping to find someone who is tidy, considerate, communicative and self-aware, and who wants to make home feel like a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of London.

- Vegetarian or pescatarian (ideally)!
- Enjoys a peaceful home, cosy evenings and a fairly relaxed routine.
- Would love to be friends with their housemate and make this feel like a home.
- Women and non-binary folks preferred!

🌻 About me

You'll be sharing with me, a 31-year-old who works in the climate/EDI sector. I'm also studying a part-time Master's in Human Rights, so life is pretty intense rn! 🌸 I love flatmate dinners and film nights, arts and crafts, filling the house with flowers and the occasional impromptu karaoke!

🌺 The flat and room

A two-bedroom flat with one bathroom and a separate toilet, a kitchen and a cosy living room with a dining area. Your room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, desk and built-in wardrobe. The landlord can be flexible if you'd prefer to bring some of your own furniture.

💸 Bills

- Rent includes gas and electricity.
- Water, council tax and internet: approximately £105 per person per month and not included in the rent.
