A lovely double room in a warm London flat.

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful, clean and considerate person to share my home.

The room is bright, fully furnished and thoughtfully arranged to offer a comfortable space where you can relax, work and feel at home.

The bedroom includes:

A clean, simple and modern feel

The flat

You'll have access to a comfortable living room, a fitted kitchen with cooking facilities and a washing machine. The bathroom is shared with a bathtub and shower.

A little about me

I'm a friendly, approachable and considerate person with a background in management and wellbeing coaching.

I enjoy good conversations, meeting good, interesting people and creating a home where everyone feels comfortable and respected. I also believe in respecting each other's privacy, routines and personal space.

Who I'm looking for

A professional, independent, tidy, respectful and easy to get along with person.
It would be lovely to share the flat with someone who enjoys a friendly atmosphere while appreciating that everyone needs their own space.

I'm particularly interested in short-term arrangements of a minimum of 3 months, although we can discuss what works best.

Location: 3 minutes to Victoria Park / 12 minutes walk to Bethnal Green Station or 14 minutes to Mile End.
