Cozy room on Victoria park

Dounle room available in a flat with the most stunning location overlooking Victoria park across the canal. This room has a view of the city and a built-in wardrobe and cones semi-furnished with a bed (can discuss leaving the other furniture if you want!). You have no neighbours apart from your flatmates, as this flat is on the top floor and corner of the building, and the next flat shares only our living room wall.

Transport links nearby include cambridge heath station and bethnal green underground station, both abiut a 5-10 minute walk. There are lota of cute oubs and cafes in the area, and Victoria park is right next door with the market and the super cute Victoria park village! The flat has a balcony, one shared washroom and a shared kitchen and living room.

Bills are split between all roommates and usually come to around £130- ish pounds a month. I can be a bit flexible with the move-in date, as I am moving just across the park and might be able to go a few days/1 week early.

You would be living with two women in their mid to late twenties, both working full time. Everyone respects each others space but are happy to do dinners/drinks together too.
