Sublet Master Bedroom in Bethnal Green Terrace

Hi there! I’m heading back to Australia over Christmas and the new year and I’m looking for someone to sublet my lovely big room in our Bethnal Green terrace house with a garden.

Dates: Dec 13- Jan 16

Price: £1100 all bills included (rent is £935 / month and bills £200 so I’m just rounding down to make things easier and one payment)

Location: the super rare East London gem that is also well connected! 5 mins from Bethnal Green Tube, 10 mins to Cambridge Heath overground, 10 mins to Viccy park, on a quiet street with everything you need nearby.

Housemates are both working professionals in their early 30s with a mix of office and WFH and the house is pretty chill overall, with social chats and hangouts but not a party house.

The room is the master bedroom with a double bed and a full work from home set up. It’s got lovely big windows and lots of natural light. We have a kitchen / dining room and a separate living area so lots of space for 3 people. We share the bathroom but don’t really ever clash so it works well. We also have a cleaner who comes every two weeks so no fights over a roster lol
