Spacious Double - 2 mins walk from Victoria Park

We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 4-bed house located just 2 minutes’ walk from Victoria Park and around 5 minutes from Cambridge Heath and Bethnal Green stations.

The room is a good-sized double on the ground floor. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor rarely used by anyone else, so in practice you’ll have your own private bathroom too. The house itself is spacious, with a large lounge, separate kitchen, a big garden, and a basement for storage. The room is unfurnished except for a storage cabinet.

Rent is £758.96 per month, with all bills included bringing the total to £851.34 per month. Deposit is £893 (wouldn’t let me me put this for some reason).

About us

You’ll be sharing me, Ronan (M29), Sam (M27), and Rosie (F26). Rosie and myself mostly work in person 5 days a week, whereas Sam is remote, so although it is a 4 bed house it never feels too crowded or busy.

We’re looking for a female, 25+, who is clean, tidy and respectful of communal spaces. No couples, sorry. Partners staying over a couple of times a week is no problem.

We’ve all lived together for a while and have become a genuinely social household. We obviously have our own lives and do our own things, but we also enjoy spending time together, often that means heading out for a drink at our local (literally 30 seconds away) having a chat in the kitchen or making plans together. In short, we’re hoping to find someone who wants to be part of the household rather than simply use it as somewhere to sleep. We’d love someone friendly and sociable who is up for joining us for the occasional drink or house plans, while also being respectful of everyone’s space and downtime.

Availability
