Cosy double room in girly Bethnal Green flat 💗

Hey! We're Mary-Kate and Rebecca (both 28), and we're looking for a lovely new housemate to join our cosy, girly flat in Bethnal Green!

The flat 🏡
We have a lovely, homely flat with a big, comfy living room, two balconies and gorgeous views across the London skyline. Being on the top floor, it has plenty of natural light, and the living room is definitely our favourite spot to relax, whether that's watching Netflix, or having a catch-up!

There's also a separate, well-equipped kitchen with plenty of cupboard and counter space. We can all fit at the same time and have a natter whilst we cook.

Location-wise, it's hard to beat! We're just 1 minute walk from Bethnal Green tube station and 5 minutes from Bethnal Green Overground. There are loads of lovely pubs (the Sun Tavern of course), cafes (we love brunch) and restaurants nearby. We’re also really close to Victoria Park, Columbia Road and London Fields. Perfect for a summer trip to the lido or a wander around Broadway Market at the weekend.

The room 🛏️
The room is a cosy, sunny double bedroom with gorgeous views across the City – gorgeous at sunset. There's plenty of additional storage available just outside the room, including a large chest of drawers and up to two full-length wardrobes/cupboards, so there's loads of space for all your things.

About us 🥂
We're both 28, pretty laid-back and love having a relaxed, welcoming home. Think lots of Netflix, a good sofa catch-up over a cup of tea (or a glass of wine!), and the occasional pub night. We're sociable and usually hang out together in the living room, but also are happy doing our own thing and have our own lives too!

Rebecca is a 3D designer working in luxury beauty (so there are often lot of freebies going!) She likes yoga, fashion, and the occasional techno rave.

Mary-Kate is an embryologist working in an IVF clinic. She loves matcha, Pilates, and exploring random little markets at a weekend.

Neither of us work from home really, so there's plenty of space in the living room if you need somewhere to set up your laptop and work from home.

We'd love to find someone friendly, considerate and easygoing who wants to make the flat feel like home rather than just somewhere to sleep. Bonus points if you're into true crime documentaries and would be up for a good flat debrief afterwards!
