The flat has a large bathroom, spacious kitchen and living/dining area, as well as a gorgeous balcony that's perfect for enjoying the warmer, sunnier days. The living area gets lovely morning and early afternoon sunshine through its large windows. The house has double glazed windows so it keeps a lot of warmth in and the sound out during the winter. It is tucked away in a quiet area considering the prime location. Current housemates are moving out due to one moving in with her close friends and another is moving back to Australia! Looking for two housemates to fill in the rooms preferably professionals 26-37 years old. No WFH, not a party house and no smokers

* Move in date: 20th of December also can move earlier on the 15th December

Note: both rooms have slightly squeaky floorboards in case it’s something that bothers you

ABOUT ME:
You’ll be living with me (Lisa), Im 32 years old and Ive been living in London for almost two years. Im a healthcare worker working for the NHS. In my free time, I enjoy reading, movies, photography, knitting, cooking, and baking. I tend to have busy weekends but keep things low-key during the week.

I'm clean, tidy, and respectful of communal spaces and value a comfortable, relaxing, harmonious home. I've lived in sharehouses before and enjoy building good relationships with my housemates which involves sharing an occasional meal or just being considerate of each other's space and routines. I identify as queer so require to be in a LGBTQI+ friendly household :)
