Hello! Very sadly, I will be leaving my room in this lovely flat in Bethnal Green.

**The flat and room**

The communal areas are spacious and full of natural light. The bedroom is a fully furnished double, with plenty of storage space and lots of opportunity to make it your own.

**Rent and move-in date**

Rent is £825 per month, with bills not included (approximately an additional £80–100 per month).

The room is available from 10/12/26, although we are flexible if someone needs to move in earlier. As you would be taking over a rolling tenancy, there is also flexibility around the length of your stay.

**The location**

The area is one of those miraculous spots in London where you have absolutely everything on your doorstep!

- 4 minutes' walk to buses to Oxford Circus (55), the City (388, 26, 254, 8) and Whitechapel (106).
- 10 minutes' walk to the Central line and just 5 minutes to the Overground (Weaver line).
- 10 minutes' walk to both Victoria Park and London Fields.
- A range of grocery and household shops along Old Bethnal Green Road, around 10–15 minutes away on foot, including Tesco, Iceland and independent greengrocers.
- All the bakeries, restaurants and bookshops your heart desires in Broadway Market and Columbia Road (plus the iconic Columbia Road Flower Market!), both less than 15 minutes away on foot.

**The housemates**

You would be sharing with two lovely male professionals who mainly work hybrid, with some working from home. You would also have your own private bathroom, as the room comes with an en-suite.

**A few practical details**

We rent directly from a private landlord, with rent paid directly to him via bank transfer.

Within the household, you would be responsible for paying the water and Wi-Fi bills each month. The other housemates currently manage the council tax (Band D), gas and electricity bills. All bills are split evenly between the housemates.

**A little about the flat**

The flat and housemates are the perfect mix of social and respectful, while everyone does their bit to maintain a tidy space.

This flat has been my London home for years, and I'm genuinely sad to leave!
