Sunny & quiet Bethnal Green room 2mins from tube

I have a double bedroom in a newly renovated beautiful flat in Bethnal Green. It is available from Mon to Fri ONLY.

The tube is 2mins away so very central and the building is lovely - built in the 1920s, with the main entrance via a sunny south-facing balcony which is available to us (see photos!). The room for rent looks onto an internal courtyard, is very quiet and incredibly sunny, especially in the mornings.

The remainder of the flat consists of a kitchen/dining room and a living room on the bottom floor as well as my bedroom and a bathroom (on a separate floor). The flat has just received a massive makeover so all the walls have been painted, the floorboards have been sanded and the kitchen and bathroom have been re-done. I am selecting nice new furniture for the living room, but all the essentials (dining room table, couch, bed and wardrobe in the room) are already there. I have a cleaner that comes regularly, so the place is pretty much spotless, but I am definitely not a clean freak. I would really appreciate it if the person renting the room has a responsible attitude towards the flat, given the time and effort being spent to make it "nice" :-)

I am a professional female that works very hard (I'm a lawyer) during the week so I am hardly ever at home in the evenings, but I like to relax on weekend and enjoy dinner/drinks with friends, hanging out in Victoria Park/by the canal which are only 5-10mins walk. Restaurants, bars and nice shops are also within a couple of minutes walk, if that is something that appeals to you. Please get in touch if you are interested. (NB: for some reason the map on this website seems to suggest a slightly different location which is further from the tube...the station is no more than 2mins walk to the East)
