The room is in a refurbished flat, new fire door and new alarm, with a shared kitchen and bathroom (WC and Bathtub separate).

NO LIVING ROOM. Spacious and bright with big window, approx 12sqmeters. Big wardrobe in the wall, bigger than its door, and extra wardrobe space in the entrance hall.
Included in the room: double bed (4 years old), two white bookselves.

We have been leaving in the flat for many years, and are looking for someone to join our small family. I am a Graphic designer, my flatmate Steven is into music and he works in accounting, we are both very clean and positive. We are both Greeks and not a couple. :)

Looking for pleasant people who appreciate a good laugh and sense of humour. To keep the house clean but not obsessed with cleaning. Ideally to have a home to return to where there is going to be good communication and positive vibes.

Friendly and social but privacy is totally respected.

The flat is located on the 3rd floor of an ex-council house just 7 minutes walk from Bethnal Green Tube Station, 6 minutes walk from Cambridge Heath Station and 3 minutes from Victoria park. Shoreditch is only 20 minutes by bus.

Autonomous Gas Heating. Total bills (council tax- Virgin Broadband - Water - Gas&Electricity ) included in the rent.
