Blackheath really is a lovely place to live. My amazing flat mate is sadly leaving as he has found love.

So..

Double room available now no furniture included to rent in a two bedroom, 3 storey maisonette in the heart of the stunning Blackheath village.

Only 4 minutes walk from the train station and literally 30 seconds walk from the picturesque heath itself.

Flat is modern and feels like a house as over 3 floors. Bathroom, kitchen, carpet and sofa have all been updated at cost of £20k and is of an extremely high standard. Power Shower is excellent and has a thermostat on it.

You will not be disappointed. Trains are 10 mins to London Bridge, 13 minutes to waterloo and 16 minutes to Charing Cross, Cannon Street and Victoria. The road is so quiet and tranquil with lots of storage space.

Internet, gas, electric, water SKY tv, Netflix, Amazon, BT Sport. ALL included in bills also, which I think justifies a fair price. I would prefer a professional person but that is not a must.

House is very clean so hope you like it that way. I work in the professional sports industry but previously was a former secondary school teacher and university lecturer in the area.

I enjoy all sorts really! Seeing friends and family, sports and fitness, however I also enjoy chilling, reading, eating out and in. I work long hours and often only home 3/4 nights a week only, so space and time alone isn't an issue for new house mate either.

Parking is great value at approx £130 a year for permit but that will raise rental price to an extra £60 per month also due to council tax increase
