The bathroom for the room with bath/shower is shared with just one other person.
We are the live‑in landlords with two young boys. Our bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor.
On the Ground floor there is a shared Kitchen with (washing machine, fridge, freezer, electric hob, fan oven, microwave).
There is a front and rear garden.
