Our property at Blackheath is a detached Victorian property fantastically located next to local shops, restaurant and bars being a short walk from Westcombe Park Station providing easy access to Canary Wharf and the City. The property has been fully refurbished and comes fully furnished with interior design focusing on wellbeing.

There are 8 Rooms available (all single occupancy) with a mix of sizes (84-151sqft), private ensuite, shared ensuite and shared bathrooms. The bedrooms are fully furnished and fitted with double bed, private desk space (CAT 5 Wiring), wardrobe, chested draws, black out roller blinds, oxygenated plant and wellbeing alarm clocks. Each room will also be individually controlled by smart thermostats in order to control your own room temperature.

The property also consists of shared communal space including a fully furnished living room with a modern L-shaped sofa, coffee table, break out work space, 55 inch smart tv with communal Netflix Account and oxygenated indoor planting. The open plan Kitchen allows for individual storage space for each resident, 2 x Bosch ovens, 2 x Bosch Induction Hobs, 2 x Sinks and an Instant Hot Water tap. Additionally a utility room houses 2 x washing machines and a tumble dryer. There will also be a rear private garden to enjoy the summer days and evenings!

Additionally we have provided advanced security for the property for peace of mind where each resident will have access through their mobile phone to front and back CCTV cameras, secure fob entry to front & rear doors and side passage gate as well as video control access to the front door.
