The house is three floors and the room is located on the third floor in the loft. There is a bathroom also located in the loft which will be shared with only one other female occupant. There is access to an extended kitchen and garden which are both very spacious. There is no parking restrictions on the road with plenty of parking spaces available.

The property is a 2 min walk to a parade of shops including a co-op, post-office, pharmacy, bakery, cafe, barbers, hairdressers/nail bar and dry cleaners. You can also stroll down to Blackheath Standard which has several pubs, cafes and local shops.

The 386, 89 and 178 bus routes are all within a 2 minute walk providing access to Blackheath Village, Kidbrooke Village and Greenwich, with Canary Wharf easily accessible by DLR from Cutty Sark/Greenwich and the Elizabeth line accessible from Woolwich (12 miniute bus journey). North Greenwich station is a 20 minute bus journey providing access to the Jubilee line. The house is located within approx. 15 mins walk from Kidbrooke mainline station and 7 min bus journey to Blackheath mainline station providing access to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Waterloo, Cannon Street and Victoria stations.

The O2 for shopping, music, eating and numerous other entertainment opportunities is a 15-minute drive. Millennium Leisure Park Greenwich is also a 10-minute drive.

There are many parks and green open spaces to enjoy, including Hornfair Park (with the Charlton swimming Lido and gym, cafe, tennis courts and BMX track within its bounds), Blackheath Common and Greenwich Park.
