2month Sublet- Flexible

Hi!!

Looking to sublet our third room from 1st October until 21st December (felxible with dates). The room is furnished with a double bed (and bedding if needed), clothes rail, desk and a built in wardrobe. We have a large lounge, decent sized kitchen, bath with overhead shower and a seperate toilet.

We both work Monday to Friday, Chill wfh twice a week and I get back aound 6:30. We we both keep very busy but do enjoy hanging out together, we don't just share a house, we treat it as a home. Keen for drinks, games, watching some TV and gaming.

We’re 15min from basically anything- Sainsbury, Lidl, takeouts, snaz veg shop, Greenwich Park, charity shops. Train station is less than a minute walk from the flat, direct trains 12-20min to London Bridge / Peckham / Waterloo / Victoria / Charing Cross / Cannon Street.
