Looking for a lodger to rent a room in a bright, top-floor three-bedroom flat.

The flat is dual aspect, recently refurbished, and fully furnished. It benefits from a private front balcony as well as access to a communal rear balcony. Located on the fourth floor of an Art Deco building, the property has large windows, plenty of natural light, and views across the treetops towards Canary Wharf.

The kitchen, boiler, Wi-Fi, and washing machine are all newly installed. The available room comes with a brand-new mattress and wardrobe. There is a lift in the building, which is currently out of service but is scheduled to be repaired this month.
