Lovely room for rent in Blackheath-Lee green

My lovely flatmate is unfortunately leaving and I have a spare room to rent in my flat in Blackheath-Lee green.
The flat it’s only 10 minutes walking from Lee station and 13 minutes from Blackheath station, so perfect for commuting. We also have a big Sainsbury’s right next to us.

The flat it’s very cute and bright, with a small patio that comes very handy in the summer, spacious living room (Not much furniture in it, but we’ve got the basics 😊) and a fully equipped kitchen.
All the furniture in the room belongs to my current flatmate, but she’s happy to sell it to the next tenant if needed.

And a bit about myself: I’m Spanish and have been living in London for three years. I work full time as a vet, so unfortunately I don’t get to spend much time at home.
I also have a lovely little cat called Marvin that’s very friendly and adorable 🐱
I enjoy reading (you’ll be more than welcome to join my book club!), pretending that I enjoy running, and walking to Blackheath for a coffee and a little look around the charity shops 🎀

I’m looking for a flatmate, and hopefully friend, that enjoys a quiet household and old-lady activities such as myself (although I do enjoy a pub night as well), to join Marvin and I in our lovely flat.

The room will be available from the beginning of September 😊

P. S: deposit it’s actually 5 weeks of rent, which is £906, but Spareroom wouldn’t let me post it with that amount for some reason
