Spacious, double room situated in a quiet but well-connected part of Blackheath now available.

My current flatmate and good friend is moving away for an exciting new job opportunity, so I'm looking for a friendly and considerate person to take his place.

The flat is full of character, with spacious Regency-era rooms, high ceilings, large windows, and plenty of natural light throughout. It's conveniently located within a 10–15 minute walk of Lewisham and surrounded by green spaces.

I'm a 26-year-old consultant working in the City. Outside of work, I'm a bit of a geek. I love reading, gaming, and I'm always up for an outdoor adventure. Home is very much a place to unwind, so I'm looking for someone who's friendly, respectful, and easy-going. It would be great to have a flatmate who's happy to chat over a coffee or head to the pub for the occasional pint, while also appreciating each other's own space.
