We are looking for a female flatmate to rent the cozy and bright double bedroom in our beautiful and friendly flat. The room comes fully furnished, with a window facing a back garden. (please note the bedside tables are not included in the room).
The house is more like a home than just a house to share. It is fully furnished and has lots of storage possibilities in the attic. (please note there is no living room area)***

The deposit is one month in advance.

No bills included.
Bills are roughly £85 a month.
(The bill's payment is given separate from rent, and different dates according to bills we receive each month)

It is placed in a convenient location, 10 minutes walk to Blackhorse Road tube (20min to Oxford Circus), 4 minutes to St James Street Rail (15min to Liverpool Street) and 12 minutes walk to Walthamstow Central tube. The flat is just 2 minutes walk from Walthamstow market where you can find everything! (Argos, Post Office, Banks, Lidl, Sainsbury’s, Drugstore, many restaurants, pubs, etc)
We are two females, passionate about cleaning and maintaining a nice environment, so if you are tidy and friendly we’d love to hear from you :)

The room is available now. But we are open to discuss and negotiate the date that you would like to move in. Thank you!
