This is for a single person, strictly no couples, sorry.

THE ROOM:
Very quiet, overlooking the garden at the back. It is furnished with a small double bed (124 cm/ 4 foot wide), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a study corner with table and a chair.

THE HOUSEMATES:
There are three other very friendly and welcoming housemates , all educated, very quiet. They are seeking another similar housemate. Must be a quiet person. This is not a party house.

LOCATION:
Perfect: 5 Mn walk to the Blackhorse tube station on the Victoria line and the overground station. Fast access to Euston, Kings Cross and Oxford Circus.
Proximity to the Tottenham Retail Park with a big Lidl, Homebase, Argos and many more.

Green spaces: Close to the beautiful Lea Valley park with its rivers and walks - moments away

THE HOUSE:
Good kitchen with machine machine, oven/hob, table & chairs, 2 fridge-freezers.
Garden with table and chairs, perfect to chill out in the sunny days!
