Spacious double room available in Blackhorse Road, E17.

I am *not* the landlord, just trying to find a 3rd person to share the apartment with.

The living room and kitchen are modern open-plan style. We have a balcony with beautiful sunset views from the 9th floor, and a view of the outdoor pool and private tennis court.

New development with a great community.

30 seconds walk away from Blackhorse Road tube station (Victoria Line) and approx 15-20 minutes to Oxford Circus tube station and 10-12 mins from Kings Cross.

Included in rent also: 1st floor large gym, 1st floor heated outdoor pool, communal rooms, tennis court, 1st floor private dining rooms, 24/7 concierge service.

There’s currently James (32), Connor (31), and Jeni (31) who live here. James will be moving out in October - the 17th/18th October weekend is the first available move-in date.

(Heads up that, under the landlord’s requirements, we would need to have all documents required for referencing by 24th September, including photo of passport, proof of address and proof of income.)

WiFi is included in the rent amount but all other utility bills and council tax (Band C) are approx £120 each when split 3 ways, so total with rent is roughly £1,260 all-in. A deposit of 5x weeks rent is required upfront by the landlord.

Everything is furnished in the apartment’s communal area. The advertised bedroom has a built-in wardrobe but you will need to bring your own furniture. The current bed and mattress would be available to purchase from James if wanted.

We would love to find someone who is friendly but also likes their own space and is clean and tidy.
