Gotta furnished room available in a quiet residential part of Walthamstow. It’s a quiet home rather than a busy house share, so we’re looking for someone who likes having their own space while being considerate of the people they live with.

The room comes furnished with:

* Bed
* Wardrobe
* Desk
* All bills included

You’ll also have shared use of the living room, kitchen and bathroom.

A quiet residential area with street parking and plenty of local shops nearby. Blackhorse Road and St. James’ Street stations are both within easy reach.

The atmosphere at home is pretty chilled and comfortable. We try to be sensible about things like energy use, recycling and avoiding unnecessary waste.

We’d ideally like to find someone independent and easygoing who appreciates a relaxed home and is respectful of other people’s space.

We’re looking for someone planning to stay for at least six months, and ultimately we’re more interested in finding the right person to live with than simply filling the room.
