The flat is fully furnished and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The open-plan living area comes with sofas and a dining space, the kitchen is spacious, with a fridge, hob, oven, and plenty of cupboard storage. There’s a balcony off the living room with amazing views over the wetlands, plus a laundry room and an additional storage room in the hallway.

The room is furnished with a super-king size bed with drawer storage underneath the bed. It also has a built-in double door wardrobe with mirrors, 2 bedside units and 2 lamps.

THE BATHROOM:

The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub and shower head, sink with mirror cupboards and under-sink storage. It will be shared with 1 other female flatmate.

The bills and council tax are not included in the rent, all the expenses will be divided with the 2 other tenants.

THE AREA

The flat is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk to Blackhorse Road tube (Victoria line) and Overground. Tesco is only a minute away, with plenty of other supermarkets and cafés nearby. Walthamstow Wetlands is right next to the building, and from the living room we get beautiful views of the wetlands and sunsets.
