I’m renting out a bright and sunny double en-suite room in my modern apartment in Walthamstow/Blackhorse Road.

The room gets lots of natural light and has its own private bathroom, so you have plenty of privacy. It’s fully furnished with a double bed with storage and a comfortable Emma mattress, built-in wardrobe, desk and Smart TV.

The flat is modern, clean and very well looked after. We have a fully equipped kitchen with pretty much everything you might need - microwave, coffee machine, blender, Ninja appliances and plenty of cooking equipment.

There’s also a washing machine and separate tumble dryer, which makes life much easier, plus a large balcony that’s lovely when the weather is good.

📍 Location

The station is only about 1 minute away, with easy access to the Victoria line and Overground, so getting into central London is very convenient.

Walthamstow Wetlands is nearby if you enjoy walking or running, and there are supermarkets, gyms, yoga/Pilates studios, cafés and the Blackhorse Beer Mile all within easy reach.
