Double Bedroom 2 MONTH Sublet Available in Walthamstow.
**Mid July to Mid September**

We have a double bedroom available to sublet in our three bedroom flat. It comes complete with a bed, bedside table and chest of drawers. The flat is very lovely and light.
The flat is based near Blackhorse Road (7 min walk) - a lovely and convenient area to reach central London. Theres plenty to do nearby and we even have Banksy round the corner!

The rent is £700 per month, this also includes council tax and broadband. Bills for water, gas and electrcicity are seperate and vary per month depending on usage. These roughly come to £60 - £70 You'll be sharing with myself Jess and our other lovely housemate Charlotte. We enjoy baking, drawing, shopping, netflix and we occasionally socialise having drinks together or watching something. We also respect eachothers space as we are working professionals. We are very clean and tidy and are looking for someone with a similar mindset. We ideally would like a female between the ages of 25-33.
