You’ll be sharing with one professional (male, 40) and a friendly (excitable!) cocker spaniel, so this place would suit someone who likes and is good with dogs. The flat has a comfy living area, a well equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, new appliances), and a modern bathroom with good water pressure.

There's a third single bedroom and study, currently with a temporary lodger (34yo female).

The garden is south facing with a patio, and perfect for the summer.
