Double Room + flat to yourself 5 nights per week

Looking for a reliable, tidy working professional (or couple) for an en suite double room in a bright, modern top-floor flat in Blackhorse Road (E17).

I own the flat and live here, but throughout Nov & Dec I’m only in London two nights a week for work (Tue & Wed), so you will mostly have the flat to yourself 5 nights per week. There may be weeks were I need to stay an extra night, but I will communicate this ahead of time.

The Space & Amenities:
- Rent: £1,500/month for single occupancy, or £1,800/month for a couple (all bills, fast Wi-Fi included).
- Available: November & December initially. There may be potential to extend.
- Bright double room with Walthamstow Wetlands views, super comfy Emma mattress, blackout blinds, and clothes storage.
- Private bathroom with bath and shower.
-Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine), utility area with washing machine, shared living room, balcony with skyline views, and secure bike storage.
- Storage: Dedicated kitchen/fridge/freezer space and full bedroom/bathroom storage.

Location
- 9-minute walk to Blackhorse Road Station (Victoria Line & Overground).
- Opposite the Community Sauna, 5 minutes to the Blackhorse Beer Mile, and 10 minutes from the Walthamstow Wetlands.

- Lodger setup: Formal Lodger Agreement. Ideal for someone (or a couple) who is independent, values a quiet, peaceful home, and appreciates their own space.
- Professional routine: Suited to those who commute outside the home full-time (no full-time working from home).
- Respectful & clean: Keeping shared spaces tidy is essential so the flat stays welcoming when I return mid-week.
