Good size double room with shared bathroom, and shared open plan kitchen-living room. You'll have nearly exclusive use of the bathroom as I have an en-suite.

Good cafes, breweries, a climbing centres and a bakery nearby. 3 minutes walk to Blackhorse Road station. 18 minutes to Oxford Circus, and quick access to Hampstead Heath via overground.

It's a 3 bedroom property, you'll be sharing with me, my girlfriend stays over once or twice a week. A colleague also stays over a few of nights a fortnight for work.

I have a dog half the time (for a couple months at a time). He's away until November at least, but if you plan to stay into November must be comfortable with goofy rescue dogs who tend to bark when they first hear the door go 😅
