Good-sized double room in modern LGBTQIA+ house

You’ll be living with two people (Mel, 35, musician, marketing, queer, agender), and Mari (31, hospitality, creative).

We are both very relaxed, warm, friendly, and busy people. We do our own thing really, but we are super friendly when we are cooking or when we see eachother. We get along well!

You’d be moving into a small - medium sized bedroom, space for a double bed, desk, and there are two large wardrobes in the house for clothes which you can have sole use of.

Two bathrooms (downstairs and upstairs), modern kitchen, large lounge, and balcony. Secure storage for bikes available. All really nice spec, and we try and keep it clean by cleaning up after ourselves after cooking etc, and we do a rota for cleaning.

Rent: £700
Bills: £72.68 each (might change a little bit if gets any colder but hasn’t so far)
Deposit: One month's rent

Move in date: Available immediately
Viewings from: Friday 19th December

Nearest tube: Blackhorse Road (10 min bus) on the Victoria Line, or a 15 minute bus to St James’ Street (Overground) or to Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line).

The room is on the second floor with the other bedrooms, so unfortunately the house is not wheelchair accessible. The house is carpeted and well insulated, great temperature etc.

I (Mel) play music, so every now and then you’ll hear me singing, or playing guitar or piano. Though I’m respectful and often time it when people are out.

We are looking to live with someone who is LGBTQIA+. This is a trans-inclusive house. Please do not apply if you're a TERF! No cis men.
