We are renting out our loft room with an ensuite in a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom terraced house in a great location - just a 7 minute walk from Blackhorse Road on the Victoria Line.

All bills, council tax and internet are included. The room comes furnished with bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, desk, bedside tables, lamps and mirror (but feel free to swap anything out for your own furniture if you prefer).

The room also has a TV that is connected to Apple TV (subscriptions not included).

The house communal areas are the kitchen/dining room and the garden area - no living room access.

The open-plan lounge is fully furnished with sofa, TV, coffee table, glass dining table. There is also a private balcony.

The kitchen/downstairs is fully kitted out with fridge/freezer, washer, microwave and all utensils, crockery and homewares. We could offer x1 fridge shelf, x1 freezer drawer and pantry storage for food/crockery if you bring your own.
