Room in Keyworker Flat Blackhorse Road

Hi! We're looking for a friendly, considerate and easy-going new flatmate to join us in our 3-bed flat in Blackhorse Mills.

The flat:
•⁠ ⁠A flat within the complex Blackhorse Mills. You’ll have access to some pretty amazing facilities including gym, heated outdoor swimming pool, rooftop, tennis court and co-working spaces all included within the rent
•⁠ ⁠Our flat overlooks Walthamstow Wetlands, and the sunset views never get old
•⁠ ⁠Shared dining/living room/kitchen area where we enjoy a natter over a peppermint tea or a glass of wine (depending on the day)
•⁠ ⁠Key workers only and no couples - sorry!

The room:
•⁠ ⁠Fully furnished - european kingsize bed
•⁠ ⁠Fitted wardrobe with good storage
•⁠ ⁠Shared bathroom with 1 flatmate

We'd like to find someone who is independent and likes their own space, but also enjoys some shared activities as a flat from time to time. We love an occasional flat brunch, a games nights, or a local run club (when there's a free pint at the end!).

The flatmates:
You'll be living with Karen and Gav.
Gav, 33 - Loves the occasional pint and catch up at the breweries. Usually out in the evenings either running, playing football, or with his church group. Has a problematic addiction to Crunchy Nut cereal. He’s a Structural Engineer in the day, and spends his spare time playing the piano, travelling and taking photos. Very sociable but also happy to chill and give space.
Karen, 36 - Outside work I like to fill my time with some sort of movement (running, CrossFit, enjoying the glorious cycle routes), indulging in musical theatre in someway, either watching or finding times for unsolicited sing alongs with friends or in the kitchen. I also enjoy a complete switch off at home and a good early night routine. Inside work I'm a Speech and Language Therapist and spend my days in the world of some very wonderful and energetic little humans.
