The house itself is in a really good condition, very warm in winter that we rarely turn on the heating. Great water pressure in the shower. The apartment complex has a lift which is convenient for carrying luggages.

The landlady is very friendly and always responds quickly whenever we need her.

About me:
I am a 35 years old graphic designer and illustrator. I work in Soho 3 days a week and 2 days at home. I love traveling, going to cafes and exhibitions. Sometimes I also love staying home on the weekends doing some drawings and cooking. I like to come back to a clean and quiet space after work and I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle who can respect each other and also be willing to maintain this cozy space together (such as clean up the kitchen after cooking and share house chores like taking out bins).
