Room available in 3 bed house share

We're Kabi (31, M) and Tammy (33, F), two friends looking for a third 😄

We've just secured a 3 bedroom place in Blackhorse Road, and need someone to fill the third room. The house is a bit empty at the moment, but we'll be bringing in our own furniture and it's so exciting to get to decorate from scratch!

It's a Victorian terraced house with 3 double bedrooms, reception room, bathroom with a shower over the bath, garden, and a separate smaller room we'd use as a shared study. The room is part furnished, the KING bed in the picture was just delivered and we need to set it up!

We're both from South Africa, but have been in London for a number of years (Kabi for 6, Tammy for 3). Kabi works in academia, and Tammy works in the charity sector, and we both wfh a few days a week. We're looking to set up a leftie/queer household, with someone who is (preferably) veggie as well. This isn't a deal breaker but we are, and we'd love to cook for each other once a week.

Further than that, we only care that you're working full time, and are up for communal living, while of course being able to retreat into your room when you need some down time.

More importantly, we're looking for someone who is looking to set up a home. We want to share a few meals together, have friends over for board games and movie nights, and create a really chilled and safe environment.
