About us:
• A couple in their early 30’s - Clare and Ronan.
• We are both architects (one Irish, one English) who met in London 7 and a half years ago.
• We moved into our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom flat nearly 3 years ago and have made it our home - we absolutely love living here!
• We like to keep the place clean and tidy and are looking for a couple or individual who will respect and enjoy our home as we do.

What’s on offer:
• We are going on a 5 month sabbatical abroad, and are looking to rent out our spare room (aka our whole flat minus our bedroom/ensuite!) whilst we are away.
• This is a minimum 5.5 month let, to align with our trip (End Oct 2026 - Early April 2027).
• For 5 months of the lease we won’t be living in the flat so you will have the place to yourself, but our bedroom/ensuite will be off limits as we will keep all of our things stored in there.
• We are anticipating a short overlap of approx. 2 weeks living together house-share style immediately before/ after our trip.
• There is flexibility on timings either side of the minimum rental period, with the possibility of extending the lease as a house-share for a limited period if you're interested in staying longer (to be agreed).

The flat:
• 579 sq ft (53.8 sq m) of our 787sq ft first-floor flat (whole flat, excluding master bedroom/ensuite).

• £1,200 per month (when we are living there too)
