We love to cook, go to the gym and we love a girly wine night. We’re looking for a friendly, outgoing housemate to move in September. Our flat is based in North-East London and it’s a 2 minute walk to the Victoria line. It’s an apartment block with high security levels, a rooftop terrace looking over central London, a tennis court, a pool and gym are included. It’s a 3-bed flat with a shower room and en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a King-size bed and wardrobe included. There is a large living space/kitchen area with a balcony looking over the wetlands along with a storage room. Rent and bills are £1150/pcm
