Room for rent at Blackhorse Road E17

Hey!

We’ve got a lovely spare room available in our three-bed flat in Walthamstow, and we’re looking for someone to move in!

Currently, myself (Neha) and Michael live in the flat. We both work in the NHS (as admin lol not doctors).
When we’re not working, you’ll usually find us chilling at home, having a laugh, most probably eating some good food or getting far too competitive over Wii Sports 🎮.

We’re looking for a working professional who enjoys a friendly home where you can have a chat and hang out, but also have your own space when you want it.

One important thing: you absolutely have to love dogs!!! 🐶❤️ Michael’s girlfriend Banu has Mango (a golden retriever!) and she is very much part of the household, so being a dog person is essential!

Rent is 780.50 per month, and bills come about 120 per month (can vary but not much). Gym, communal dining rooms and TV spaces in the building and access to the pool are included in the rent :)
