New-build En Suite with Lots of Amenities

Hello! I live in a 2-bedroom flat right by Blackhorse Road station, and I'm looking for a female flatmate for a bedroom that comes with its own bathroom and a king-size bed. The apartment is furnished, and the rent is £1412/month + council tax of £106/month per person

The apartment is a new-build called Blackhorse Mills. It has amazing amenities including a gym, pool, tennis court, rooftop, and co-working space, plus easy access to the city center via the Victoria line. My flat also has a lovely view over the marshes. I honestly love living here!

A bit about me: I'm 29 years old, and I work as a software engineer. I go to the office 2-3 times a week and work at the apartment's coworking space for the rest of the weekdays. So I'm out of the flat for most of the weekdays during work hours. I'm into music (I sing and play the guitar, but I will make sure to be quiet at night and when my flatmate needs to focus), cooking (big foodie!), and reading. I love creative stuff in general. For exercise, I enjoy yoga and tennis. I'm Japanese, but I grew up half in the States and have been in an international environment for a while:)

For the potential roommate, I want someone who is tidy and has a similar schedule (like waking up in the morning and sleeping at night, not a nocturnal lol), also huuuge plus if they're also into music!
