I’m sadly leaving my amazing flatmates lovely 3 bedroom flat for my very own space.

The room:
A furnished double bedroom including a king sized bed, two bedside tables and a build in wardrobe.

The flat:
3 bedroom flat, with a gorgeous view, a large open plan kitchen and living room. A big balcony is accessible via patio doors. You will be sharing a good sized bathroom with one other person, this includes a bath.

The flat mates:
Guy - 34 year old male working in the emergency services
Gemma - 23 year old female working in retail management
You - a key-worker aged between 23 and 38, chilled yet fun/weird vibes and understanding that everyone in the flat works shifts!

The complex:
Blackhorse mills is an amazing complex with loads of great facilities, your rent includes: 24/7 concierge with a parcel room, gym, heated outdoor pool, communal areas(including pool tables) and co-working spaces, tennis court. multiple roof terraces, private dining rooms available to book

Rent: £978 per month, this includes WiFi provided by the complex
Bill: approximately £120 per month

The small print: we are in a key-worker flat which means that we receive a discount on our rent, in order to keep this the majority of the flat have to be key-workers. This means you should be a teacher, work for the NHS, emergency services or similar
