I have a lovely and comfortable double room to rent within my home. The bedroom is fitted out to a high standard with plenty of storage. There is a private ensuite within the room and shared kitchen just next door.

The house is a 10mins walk from Blackhorse Road station or a short bus right away. Victoria line will have you in central London in under 15mins. Overground is also available from the same station.
There are convenience stores nearby as well as fantastic Walthamstow Village with great nightlife and restaurants.
Park and Walthamstow marshes are all just round the corner should you like walks or running.

I keep the house very clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher. All bills included.
£300 deposit required and rent paid upfront.
