Hey! My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for a female professional to take over her room in our lovely flat.

The flat is a 2-bed 2-bath and its huge for London - around 1,100 sqft so there is actually pent of space to breathe. The room is a large double with extraordinary views of Canary Wharf, fully furnished with 2 wardrobes, a chest of drawers and 2 side tables. You would have your own private bathroom with a bathtub.

The building has a concierge 8am-8pm. Location is great – 1 min walk from Blackwall DLR, about 10 mins to Canary Wharf, and there are 2 Tescos within 5 mins.

Bills on top come to around £180/month each (electricity, heating, water, council tax band D and WiFi - split equally). Rolling contract, 2 months notice. Available from 22nd August 2026.

I am pretty easy to live with - I just like things clean and tidy. Ideally looking for someone with a similar vibe chilled, respectful of shared spaces, and up for the occasional chat but also fine doing their own thing.
