Flat in central London

I have a double bedroom available in a flat located in central London (5 mins walk from Kings cross). I am looking for a professional to move in. The Flat has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. I am mainly work in the US so whoever moves in will have the flat to themselves for most of the time.

The flat is ideal for someone who works in zone 1 with most places within easy walking distance. Oxford street/convent garden is a 12-15 min walk away.

Angel/Moorgate/Farringdon/St Pauls are are also nearby. There are excellent transport links with Kings cross and Euston station a 5 min walk.

The flat has has wooden floors throughout the hallway and living room and there is a separate kitchen with all appliances. The kitchen and Bathroom has been newly refurbished and the full place decorated. The flat has wi-fi.

The spare bedroom is the second one shown on the video and has a chest of draws, wardrobe and double bed. I also have extra storage space available in the hallway. The carpet is new.
