We're looking for a reliable flatmate/tenant to take over our property while we're away. You'll have full use of our place including towels, bedding etc. . Bills include: Council Tax, Internet, Thames Water, Netflix. Students are exempt from council tax, but you'll need to sign up with the council with your uni email.
Excluded: electricity - please sign up with energy supplier of your choice!
Available furnished only. We have lots of gorgeous plants and would ask you to look after them (within reason). We will send a cleaning lady once a months to water them too.
Deposit five full weeks rent payable prior to move in. There's a lift to the 6th floor apartment overlooking central London and a garden/yard.
