We're looking for a reliable, tidy, well-behaved and respectful short- to medium-term tenant to take over the property from March 2026.

You'll get a well-looked after one bed apartment with private balcony overlooking a beautiful park and London’s skyline, kitchen, bathroom in clean and good working condition, ample storage space in every room, a comfy small double size bed, sleeping sofa and bedding + towels + fully fledged kitchen with cooking utensils that will be left by the owners for your free use.

Conveniently located on the periphery of Bloomsbury, renowned Universities, St Pancras international and the city , this apartment will be perfect for a professional or a mature student.

The lessee needs to love plants (and potentially occasionally water them but this can be arranged), be tidy and committed to keeping the apartment in absolute impeccable shape at all times and agree to at least once a month access for any sort of repairs, maintenance and other upkeep activity necessary.

Bills NOT included!

STRICTLY: NO PETS, NO SMOKING, NO PARTIES

The lessee must not be allergic to plants (and potentially occasionally water them - but we will periodically arrange someone to take care of them), be tidy and committed to keeping the apartment in absolute impeccable shape at all times and agree to at least once a month access for any sort of repairs, maintenance and other upkeep activity necessary.
