Short to Medium Term: 1BR apartment in Bloomsbury

We're looking for a reliable, clean and respectful tenant to take over our property while we're away. You'll have full use of our place including towels, bedding etc. Bills aren't included but can be paid as a lump sum on top of rent (Except from energy as this is based on the tenant's consumption). - please sign up with energy supplier.

Available furnished only. We have lots of gorgeous plants and would ask you to look after them (within reason). We will send someone bi-weekly to water them too.

Deposit five full weeks rent payable prior to move in.
