We're looking for a reliable, clean and respectful tenant to take over our property while we're away. You'll have full use of our place including towels, bedding etc. Bills aren't included but can be paid as a lump sum on top of rent (Except energy bills which are based on the tenant's individual consumption). - please sign up with energy supplier.

Available furnished only. We have a gorgeous plant collection and kindly ask you to accommodate bi- to four-weekly access for plant care.

Deposit five full weeks rent payable prior to move in.
