Shoes may be worn in the hallway, but please remove them before entering the bedroom, bathroom or kitchen. This helps keep these areas clean and well maintained.

The kitchen and bathroom should be left clean and tidy after use, with dishes washed, dried and put away and surfaces cleaned/reset.

Pricing

Flexible pricing based on length of stay — all bills included.

Special summer rate: £300 per week for stays during July & August 2026.

From 1 September 2026:

* 1–4 weeks: £75 per night
* 1–3months: £350 per week
* 3+ months £325 per week


Fresh bedding and towels are provided for all stays, ensuring the room is fully prepared and move-in ready.
