We have a bright, spacious room available in our peaceful home. We’re looking for a considerate professional to join us.

About the House:

-Located in a charming, older English house with wooden floors.
-We are a small group of professionals who enjoy keeping a tidy, calm space.
-The kitchen is our main shared area (NO LIVING ROOM), and we keep it organized and very clean.
-Very well located – just 5 minutes walk to different tube lines!

About the Room:

-A spacious double room on the third floor with a large wardrobe and ample storage.
-Bright and comfortable, ideal for a professional with a busy schedule.
-Bills not included (electricity, water, council tax, broadband) – approximately £120-£150 per month.

House Style & Considerations:

-We enjoy a quiet atmosphere, especially in the evenings and early mornings, and keep noise levels low. The house is old with wooden floors and very thin walls, so sound travels Very easily, but we all make an effort to be mindful of each other.

-We keep the kitchen tidy after cooking, and we prefer light cooking to maintain a fresh, clean environment.

-We don’t have a living room and the bathroom is shared. Guest visits are kept to a minimum to none so we can maintain the peaceful vibe of the house.
-Non-smoking home (including the garden).

Who We’re Looking For:

-A working professional (this home is NOT FOR STUDENTS).
-Someone tidy, respectful, mindful of shared spaces and most important with common sense.
-Looking for a long-term stay.
-Single occupancy only (no couples, sorry!).
