Summer 26 - two double bedrooms in bloomsbury!

SHORT-TERM ONLY!! Ideal for students!

Hi there!

My flatmate and I are looking for someone who will take over our flat during our summer break (June - August, about 8 weeks but flexible). The flat comes fully furnished, so we are looking for someone who will take care of our home the same way we do!

We have two double bedrooms available, so ideal for two friends, interns, a couple, or anyone flat hunting during that timeframe. Overall the flat is quite small, and you would share the kitchen, patio and bathroom with each other. The courtyard also has a place where you could store a bike or other outdoor stuff :)

The flat is excellently located, with both Russell Square, Kings Cross and Euston Station just a 7-10min walk away. You’ll also find a Waitrose, Cinema and other shops, just 2min from the flat - and Regents Park/ Camden/ Covent Garden/ Soho are about 30min away by foot.

We are not in a rush of finding someone, which is why we are only subletting to someone where everything feels right (+ clean, respectful, authentic).

Please note, that the timeframe is flexible (+/- 2 months), and that we require the rent to be paid upfront for the whole duration of the stay, including a deposit. The rent includes all bills and wifi.
